Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change a fan belt or filter myself?

Absolutely, we encourage you to replace your own filters whenever accessible. For commercial air handlers where a fan belt may be involved; our commercial clients often have trained maintenance staff that handle these tasks easily. By following equipment safety guidelines, most maintenance tasks are feasible. If your system is on a roof level however or uses dangerous line voltage to power the equipment; it is highly recommended that you call an HVAC Professional.

Do you offer tiered Preventive Maintenance programs?

Yes, we have identified three types of maintenance programs that offer varying degrees of service interval, depth of services and obviously cost. We feel this approach matches well with any Client interested in a maintenance program.

Do your Preventive Maintenance programs include parts and labor or just labor?

All of our maintenance programs include both parts and labor for your peace of mind. We will furnish the right parts for your system and the right labor to get it done properly.
