AES HVAC, Inc. is a family-owned, small business located in Western Pennsylvania that provides HVAC / Mechanical contracting services to private and federal clients. The company was founded in 2013 by Jerzy and Brenda Vega and was originally incorporated in the State of New Jersey. Since inception, the company’s focus has been to perform HVAC work at the federal level. Aligned with this goal, AES HVAC, Inc. has completed projects at facilities such as NASA, US Army Reserve Centers, USEPA and others.

The company has also completed projects in the private sector for large corporations such as Amazon, Costco, StockX, and many more. Presently, AES is led by Jerzy Vega and is a registered corporation in the State of Pennsylvania. Under Jerzy’s leadership, the company continues to expand its services throughout the region. His technical and managerial know-how brings decades of HVAC experience to the table so you can rest assured that your HVAC needs will receive outstanding support.

Jerzy Vega, Founder

Jerzy Vega is an accomplished HVAC professional with over 33 years of industry experience. Recognized for his technical expertise and unwavering commitment to exceptional service, Jerzy has built a distinguished career in the world of HVAC. He is the co-founder and president of AES HVAC, Inc., a mechanical contractor serving private and federal clients alike. In his present role, Jerzy helps the company grow its project portfolio across residential, commercial, and industrial environments, with a focus on enhancing energy efficiency, system reliability and service quality.

Prior to founding AES HVAC, Inc., Jerzy worked under several HVAC service providers in different managerial roles which not only helped him fine-tune his leadership skills but also allowed him to mentor many up-and-coming tradesmen. Some of those tradesmen now operate successful businesses of their own.

Jerzy is committed to advancing the HVAC industry through technical excellence, ethical business practices and continuous training. He actively participates as a guest speaker in VoTech schools that offer HVAC careers and provides feedback on their HVAC curriculum. By mentoring young HVAC tradesmen and embracing innovative technologies, he contributes to the evolution of high-quality HVAC services.

Based in Western PA, he now enjoys a daily commute without bumper-to-bumper traffic. You might also catch him carefully observing wall-mounted temperature sensors and/or suspended ducting in commercial establishments. When he is not focused on all things HVAC, you can find him behind the lens of an analog camera.. with his wife and daughter close by.
